On April 17th, at Oakleaf Plantation I shot an elegant lawn wedding. Between shooting the glamorous bride and her fataher walking down the isle, I looked over to the groom. He watched Ashley intently, anticipating her by his side, overwhelmed, Len tilted his head back and turned his eyes toward heaven to hold back a flood of emotion. With that one gesture I understood the immense love and appreciation he had for her and they for one another.
Ashley and Len, you two compliment each other in a beautiful way. I pray your opposites are always attractive and that your similarities thrive. Coy and I wish you the best.
Although their song was a kiss to build a dream on, by listening to friends, family and the wedding toast, Jonathan and Sondra are highly admired for the strong character and steadfast faithfulness they live out in day to day life. So i have taken it upon myself to say, they have the foundation needed to build a dream... a life on. Coy and I pray that your wishes hopes and dreams flourish in this new journey as one.
Although the studio bears the name of an individual, the success of every wedding day or photo shoot, from prep to presentation, is a joint effort. We shoot each wedding as a husband, wife team. Coy and I are celebrating eight years of marriage and have enjoyed working together on many different fronts throughout those years. We have two young boys and spend a lot of free time at the zoo. We take every opportunity to teach our children about life and who God is and delight in the “small things”.
